A person has been arrested by police on April 23rd after allegedly in the position of civil state official in Ferizaj had misused official authority.
The reported release for the media is said to have misused official office by registering a foreign (Turkish) citizen into the civil state electronic system in the Ferizaj municipality, while the same had failed to meet the criteria for gaining citizenship.
“As a result of these same actions was enabled to be equipped with identification of the Republic of Kosovo and then with a driver's license. By 23.04.2024, the presence of the high-ranking suspect for an interview in the presence of the defence attorney has been secured, where after the prosecutor's ruling interview, the same has been banned for 48 hours”.
“While the alleged Turkish male person allegedly consumed criminal activity “The legalisation of false content” is now extradited to Turkey”, the announcement said.
