Russian attack on the Black Sea, struck by two ships with foreign flags

Ukrainian authorities said Russian fears hit two foreign-flagged civilian ships in the Black Sea on Thursday evening.
According to Olexi Kuleba, Ukraine's deputy prime minister for the restoration, the fears hit a ship carrying the flag of St. Kits and Nevis and a Panama flag, leaving one person dead and five injured. One of the wounded sailors is in critical condition, according to Kuleba.
“This is another proof that Russia is waging a fight against freedom of navigation, international trade and global food security”, he wrote.
The governor of the Odessa region in Ukraine, Oleh Kipper, said the ships were back on the move.
The attacks came amid a wave of Russian attacks overnight across Ukraine.
Kipper said the attacks on South Odessa had resulted in a fire in a truck parking lot, killing one person and injuring four others.
At least four people reportedly have been injured in another Russian-fear attack on a minibus in the town of Kherson in southern Ukraine.
Kherson's Regional State Administration said that a 46-year-old woman and three men aged 67, 46 and 59 were sent to the hospital after suffering injuries from blasts and injuries from seizures to attack.
Local air defence brought down 79 out of 90 Russian fears from Thursday evening to Friday morning, according to Ukraine's air force.
This comes after a major Ukrainian attack on an oil refinery in Moscow on Thursday morning.
Video footage of social media seems to indicate a huge explosion and a huge fire in the facility.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the attack in an X post, calling it “a fully justified response to Russian attacks on our cities and communities”.
It was the second time Kiev had targeted the refinery this week, while continuing its efforts to undermine Moscow's energy industry. /Euronews
