(8 hours ago)Another person charged with Kocan's tragedy is dead. This is Ljupco Grncistanow, who was 54 years old and was among the accused in the accident case.
Grncistanow served as the General Inspector, or Chief Inspector of the Intelligence Service, at the Directorate for Protection and Salvation from January 15, 2013 to March 16th, 2025.
As part of the Kocan tragedy case, he was charged with criminal activity “grave crimes against public security”.
According to available information, Grncistanow spent 77 days in effective custody, after which he was under house arrest for nearly 14 months.
