“Employees engaged under the Brussels Agreement are not arranged in regular positions and, according to available data, do not exercise activity within the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure. In total, there are 61 employees in this category.
During 2025, payments worth 469,885 have been reached for these employees. However, no evidence has been offered about their continued work or commitment. ” It says the report from the National Audition Office.
According to the report, this issue presents a challenge to the ministry in setting up these employees in specific positions and working spaces, due to the lack of clear work objectives, as a result of which they are not engaged in concrete activities.
