The young man from Gjilan, Ermelind Kastrati, who had announced months earlier that he left the Kosovo Security Force because he holds a tattoo, has decided to leave the country.
He has published a photo showing that he has already won visas towards Europe.
Young Gjilan was one of the recruits removed from the KSF because he had a tattoo on his arm.
He had shown that the tattoo was made after applying to KSF, as a soldier.
My eyes would run out if I stopped your freedom with a dream of homesickness and blood if they killed without a fight, it was the famous verses of Agim Ramadan that he had perpetuated in his tattoo.
