31-year-old shot dead in Germany, Albanian youth admits Repentant accusations

Albanian honourable defendant H., admitted allegations that he has shot 31-year-old in Kiel, Germany, to death.

The event took place on June 27, 2022. After a disagreement, the 24-year-old Albanian has shot the victim five times and has left. According to reports by the German media, the victim passed away in the hospital after two shots fired on the chest.

At the trial hearing, the young Albanian accepted the accusations, saying he repented and apologised.

I didn't want to kill him, but I felt threatened”, he said.

He further said that he felt provoked and threatened by the victim. According to his statements, he shot him four times and left the scene.

Currently the young man is in custody at Gelsenkirchen. The court has scheduled the next session in April. It is learned that in addition to 18 witnesses' statements, the psychiatric and forensic report is expected.
