He is accused of killing 33 civilians during the Kosovo war.
According to Hungarian media, the same has been arrested on the basis of an international arrest warrant issued by the UN Secretary General's Special Representative in Kosovo.
The warrant was issued last September due to war crimes committed against the civilian population.
It becomes known that Hungarian authorities will consider the possibility of extradition of the suspect and that the Prosecutor through the Ministry of Justice will come into contact with Kosovo judicial authorities.
