A (1) parole year and two thousand (2,000) fines of A.M. for fraud
Ferizaj, June 24th, 2021 -- the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj -- has declared a condemnation of defendants A.M. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, charged under the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Ferizaj, due to Article 323 paragraph 1 criminal acts, concerning the 77 Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
Division individual judge Mimoza Shaban, after maintaining the initial trial and following the conviction of the defendant for criminal work as inaccusable, convicted the same and sentenced him to jail terms of (1) a year, which the sentence will not be executed if the defendant in the two terms (2) from the day of infirmity of the verdict committed no criminal work, and the penalty of many thousand (2,000) euros.
The accused is denied that within the time of verification and that 90 (90) deadline, following the written acceptance of this act, to compensate for the punishment caused by damaged parties and the total of 9.900.
If the accused within the estimated high period fails to fulfill his vow, the prison sentence at a time of (1) year will be executed, and he will suffer the same after the court takes on a formal form.
