The same before the court was acquitted and said there was no ruling by the judge that that hearing was confidential and that witnesses were on defense. According to Gashi, this has become the aim of damaging his image, reports “The Justice Trust”.

According to the indictment compiled on March 16, 2018, by prosecutor Blerim Igrista, the lawyer Gashi on April 29, 2016, after having previously completed hearings at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, where in the process, the prosecutor had been informed by the court of the case that the hearing was closed and that it had to be preserved as privacy what was spoken there, the same with the hearing, without authorisation of the identity of the person protected in the criminal procedure by addressing the motion and citing his name in a public way.
