Baraliu: Kosovo on the brink of a cliff, Parliament announces its state of emergency tomorrow

Baraliu has called for the Kosovo Assembly to declare the state of emergency from tomorrow, proposing some measures.

“79 new cases indicate that we failed the management of the situation and that we are now at the edge of the abyss. The arrogance of beatings today must be over! I propose to consider these measures:

  1. The Assembly will announce from tomorrow the state of emergency and people will be ordered to close in for 21 days.
  2. The KSF and the police organized the distribution of food, bars, and emergency reactions. Private sector help with surveillance.
  3. The KSF and the police follow every person who needs to get out of the house, including the private sector caterers (so you allow online orders, but only through police escorts to keep the rules)
  4. To suspend all emergency political activities (including everything in terms of a fall and dialogue motion) and all government meetings and to hold 100% online”, he wrote.

His complete scripture:

Calls for vigilance and unity against subject-19.

79 new cases prove that the situation failed, and now we're on the edge of the abyss.

  4. To suspend all emergency political activities (including everything in terms of a fall-down motion) and all government meetings and to be held 100% online

These measures are determined to be decisive and in full political agreement between all parties.

KSF and the police train from medical staff on how to isolate themselves, and possibly test everyone who serves other than others.

After three weeks, record all the cases, and these measures continue home-to-house everywhere where the symptoms were presented or there were cases of 30 extra days. The rest of the country open up 100%, practicing self-discipline social distance for 30 to 60 extra days, but not closing the economy.

It's time for urgent access. It's time to understand the failure and low capacities of our society for our own discipline. For every day we wait, the time of the necessary quarantine or possible deaths will increase exponentially. Seven days later, that 21 days should grow in 35 days. This would kill existence in many dimensions.

I understand that almost no one, not by the government, nor by the health system, is in full clarity of our exponential achievement, but we need to understand that we can lose more than 5,000 lives in Kosovo if we continue with this secularization. And don't hesitate to judge if it's not a scandal!
