The Special Court has approved Jakup Krasniqi's defense request that his initial presentation at the hearing be made through video conference.
That's what Krencosova.tv, Specialised Chambers spokeswoman Angela Greep said this form of session is part of the Procedure and Evidence Adjust.
According to her, such a request is initially submitted by the client's protector, while the judge then approves.
The judge may accept a request to attend a hearing through video conference. For example, this morning (Monday), Mr. Krasniqi to participate in Mr. Krasniqi's initial appearance. Krasniqi through video conference. This is in line with the Law as well as the Procedure and Testing Rule”.
That answer came after the Clan's interest in court proceedings, for former official persons of the Republic of Kosovo, who are charged with charges by the Specialised Prosecutor.
Parasely in another response given long ago, Greep was expressed: ” The trial procedures are the same for all as they do with the Law and the Code of Procedure and Evidence”.
