Kurti: The state must organise the protection of defendants at The Hague, KLA was not criminal enterprise

Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti at a media conference spoke of Hashim Thaci's arrest, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi's Jakup Krasniqi from the Special Court, writes Periscopi.

Kurti said the KLA was not anybody's but everyone's, and the “we all have to protect it”, Kurti said among other things.

“We have been speaking over and over for the Special Court in the past seven years, and there is a need to adjust these, Kosovo has consistently had the Special Court ... This court is unfair and unilateral in reporting on the KLA war”, Kurti said.
