The media have commented on the clash that took place between former President Thaci's lawyer, David Hooper, because the Special Court Hall, is not located any symbol of the state of Kosovo.
Mediani has said that if there is really no sign of a Kosovo institution in the courtroom, then, according to him, the Kosovo Parliament urgently, should take initiative for legal amendments to prevent the provisional operation of this court.

I was impressed by this passage at the pen.al. According to him, President H. Thaci, David Hooper, points out in other respects: “Where are claims on organ trafficking, because these were very important for the birth of this court”.
While Thaci has been briefly retorted on the necessary questions, saying that the lawyer well envisioned his claims, the lawyer himself asserted that the information about keeping the former president in custody was incomplete, that his behaviour in the hall in handcuffs was a disgrace, and that the court hall had no indication that he was a Kosovo institution, approved by the parliament of this country.
If, indeed, there is no sign of a Kosovo institution in this court, then, with urgency, the Kosovo Parliament must take the initiative necessary for regulatory and imposing legal amendments, why not for setting up a short term to disrupt the functioning of this political site, adopted in a local parliament and “emphatic” as a national court! ...
