Today, I have requested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that on the basis of constitutional and legal competencies we announce the Russian citizen. Mikhail Krasnoshchenkov as a person.
The decision is made today against this person who works as international staff at the United Nations, and the same is commanded to issue the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. This decision has come into force today from May 31st, 2019.
I call on the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General in Kosovo to respect the decision.
