Enver Hasani raised criminal speculation against Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumez, Prosecutor Mejtim Munishi and police official Avni Namani

In contrast to his earlier statements, he has also officially addressed the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK).

He has filed criminal complaints against Chief Prosecutor Lumezi, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, Kujtim Munishi, and police official Avni Namani.

Because Alexander Lumez has been using the forged document since 2000 to date, respectively, the certificate for the examination of the jurisdictional exam, although he has been aware that the jurisdictional exam has not been carried out, and with this certificate is locked in the prosecutorial system, going to all levels of the prosecutorial system, to the head of the Kosovo State Prosecutor<1>, it is said at the penal leak, under which Aleksander Lumez allegedly carried out the criminal work of counterfeiting the document, predicted by 39th paragraph 2-KP.

In criminal speculation, however, former Pristina University Rector Enver Hasani also included prosecutor Kujtim Munishi, who had closed the case in the case of forging the jurisdictional exam by Chief Prosecutor Lumezi.

“In the quality of the authorized person, as the prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, in order to bring favour to his boss, the first suspects Alejandro Lumezi, has used the official task in such a way that after the release of the public report, regarding manipulation of the Lumezi file, he has undertaken <x1-> prepenal action”, and has allegedly closed the case without opening the investigation at all, even though in a concrete case all legal in the case had been met for the opening of the investigation in this criminal case of the criminal case,<3>, according to which the prosecutor allegedly carried out the criminal authority or criminal authority.

Also, part of the group that had investigated and closed the Lumez file had been police official Avni Naman, who has been involved in the criminal outcry of Enver Hasani.

In the criminal record, he has cited several reasons why, according to him, there is a fact that Lumez, Munich, and Namani have committed these criminal acts.

To Lumez, it is said that there are uncontested and undeniable facts that he has falsified the Judicature exam, which he mentioned in the criminal connoisseur.

How can only this suspect have this document in two languages and in Serbian language and writing in Latin?!

According to criminal speculation, Lumez had competed in UNMIK's organs to become part of the prosecutorial and judicial system in 1999 and 2000, and in both cases on the app, as reportedly criminalally, had noted that he did not have the jurisdictional exam.

Because in that period (the functioning of the prosecutorial system and the judicial system) there was a shortage of candidates with a jurisdictional exam, anyone with this exam had been elected by the prosecutor (although he applied), why not settle the suspect, always assuming that the same would have presented the certificate for giving the jurisdictional exam”, it is said among other things in criminal reporting.

To prosecutor Munich, it is said he was legally obliged to open the investigation, to clarify all the circumstances of the file manipulation. Under circumstances when it comes to doubting any document, the issue of falsification cannot be clarified with witnesses, as this prosecutor has done, but must necessarily and must be ordered for forensic-graphological expertise. You can't explain how much less to prove the counterfeiting of the document through the fig witness who ate cheese meat for the first time when Alexander Lumez allegedly took the law test! It takes forensic expertise to clarify the circumstances of counterfeiting a document that is suspected to be such. This suspect not only did not open the investigation and ordered any forensic professional experience ʹ grafological, but he was unable to secure suspect Alexander Lumezi's competition file to UNMIK ut organs, in two cases, in 1999 and in the beginning of 2000”, it is said in the argument of criminal reporting.

To police official Naman, he is said to have abused his position, to cause damage, now criminal fraud Enver Hasani.

According to him, there is reasonable doubt that he has committed the criminal act of misuse of office. And it turns out that he's filed a criminal complaint against me, as if I've never filed criminal charges with Alexander Lumez, just in order to cause me harm (that I'm still carrying the consequences of this extinguishing criminal tape), because I've never submitted criminal speculation to this case, but I've just filed an opinion, which I've encountered as a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo during the approach of public documents, and that the law recognizes this right to any interested person, say, a criminal release.

Following the publication of claims by Enver Hasani in October 2017, “The Justice Vow”, along with Kohavision (KTV), have conducted a thorough investigation into the law-test file of the chief state prosecutor, which has resulted as a manipulated file. During this time, a preliminary investigation into the case was conducted illegally by prosecutor Kujtim Munishi along with police officers Avni Namani and lives Mendjiqi.
