Bahtiri destroys the Mitrovicas' homes because of Acumulator Lake: Wine you'll take the beach and you'll be refreshed

Inspection Director Hysni Ahmeti said the collapse of these houses is taking place to free the Komuna property, in order to further implement the project of Akkumulator Lake.

While the mayor, Agim Bahtiri, said this decision is in accordance with the law, as those houses are built on municipal property, and must continue implementing the Exupulous Lake project.

The Suhadol Lake Adjust Project started in 2014 and must be completed in 2020. Therefore, to implement such a large and million project in the Mitrovica municipality so far, 14 houses have collapsed that have hampered the implementation of this project. The lake construction project at Suhadol has cost 4.5m euros, and with its implementation, another 4 million will be spent, where citizens of Mitrovicas, but also those of municipalities in the Mitrovica and Kosovo region, will have extremely good conditions to rest, to cool up during summer days, and to make a” beach, Bahtiri said.

In the end, Mayor Bahtiri has demanded that residents of those houses also have understanding, since as the municipal executive body say they are obliged to implement laws and implement projects which are good for all citizens.
