They confirmed this in the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Prizren.
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, in case at the International School “Maarif”, has authorized the Police to collect needed information and evidence. Thus, in the case of the prosecution, I will act on the legal provisions”, the response is sent to the InFokus newspaper.
The launch of investigations is also confirmed by Prizren's regional police.
“We can confirm that police in Prizren in co-operation with the State Prosecutor, but in Prizren have launched investigations into the case you have already made public opinion known. Now it's the first phase of the investigation and we can't provide any further” police spokesman for the Prizren region, Vesel Gashi, said.
Using sex stimulants from students, “Directorate The International Maarif” School had considered it irrelevant that it did not require the intervention of justice organs.
InFokus newspaper had reported on the case on January 23rd of this year, when one of the students of “The International Maarif” school in Prizren had brought several packets of sexual stimulants of the type “Camagra” to school. (Kamagra is a type of sexual stimulant similar to the Viagra Sildenfil molecule).
Along with two other friends, he had sold this bar from one euro to at least ten students of this school, reasoning that he would increase intelligence.
But police non-information and hiding this event for competent organs on the part of the school directorate and other involved are considered criminal acts. (LINKU)
Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice has told the newspaper inFokus that especially in cases where the health or integrity of students is violated is the legal duty of the director and all involved to report to the Kosovo Police.
The whole situation, in which the child of a Kosovo politician is involved, has been kept secret by school leaders and parents themselves, considered to be a criminal offence.
“Surely it's a criminal offense, because using them by minors or in cases where medicine or substances are given to persons without their will, without their will, dealing with criminal acts, violating the integrity of persons, whether minor or persons who, without their knowledge, can use such substances. For this reason it is necessary to inform the prosecution bodies to inform the police, but also the officials of the relevant public health community” told the InFokus newspaper Miftaraj.
