The State Prosecutor during the prosecution's impeachment of the indictment had not found elements of the threat's criminal act, but had charged them with obligation, Koha Ditore reports.
The hearing was held about a year later, and today, on Monday, the sentence was declared.
The head of this body, Fatime Dermaku, has said the prosecution has not confirmed that they have done the same.
We remember the tender for the A7 Pristina-Gylan Highway, which was said to have been threatened with life by OSHP Board Chairman Blerim Dina, who said they were threatened by Shaban Lushtaku and Naim Sa God.
Shaban Lushtaku is a relative of the former Skywright leader, Sami Lushtaku, while Naim Sallu owns the company.
Both of Sasqu's Lushtaku, according to the indictment, had gone to Dinaj's residence at the time when there were complaints at the OSHP for a tender at the Ministry of Infrastructure worth about 22m euros.
