Over 90 per cent of young people's demands to support business activities through the start-up programme are supported by the Ministry of Culture's youth department.
So said at the contract signing ceremony for 85% new grants beneficiaries start-up.
MKRS Youth Department Director Feim Hoxha said the programme for entrepreneurship and start-up grants, the main goal, has to ensure the opportunity for unemployed youth to start a business activity.
According to him, the activities that have been supported have been the service production sectors, information and communication sectors, the light industry sector, the textile industry, the tourism sector, the research and development fields, the fields of design, design, artisans, crafts and specific services.
“Grants will be used to support the creation of new innovation companies and promote employment for young people who testify that separate means will be dedicated to them. Reduced unemployment through the creation of new jobs with particular emphasis on youth, production and service activities, job creation, investment in research and development, increased competitiveness and capacity, improved processes and development of new products, raising the level of youth in doing business, and we are very happy that this year we have managed to support more than 90 per cent of the demands of young people that have applied”, he said.
He added that this year, 408 thousand euros in this programme are earmarked, out of which young people have benefited business activity in the amount of up to 5 thousand euros.
