Among the destinations in southern Europe, the Eagle country has shown a huge growth potential in the flying sector, but also in terms of foreigners around the country.
This is an extraordinary indication of growth, if it is thought that just a few years ago, the country lived under the shadow of many South European realities, but, above all, under the shadow of a story that caused tourism to not exist, transmits ATSH.
Figures do not lie and offer a scenario that, if a few years ago thought almost impossible, today is a reality. Thanks to statistics carried out by “Albia.it” buttal dedicated to tourism in Albania, in fact, it is possible to get a more interesting clue about tourism.
In the month of January 2018 alone, the number of foreigners in the country was 232,000. A most encouraging clue when considering the 34.5% increase in reports to January 2017. But not only, if you see 15 destinations not to be lost in 2018 at “Volagritis.com”, Albania takes first place. But if this data isn't enough, there's more, in fact, 5.7% of Italians have chosen Albania as a destination to spend vacation, while 13.6% is the increase that has taken on internet research for this country that shows great interest in vacationers.
So not everyone has had the opportunity to go to a country that has nothing to envy other neighbours in South Europe. Yet, interest is growing, and it is thought that for a year such information will be even more encouraging.
Why does tourism continue to grow in Albania?
To understand such situations, we must remember that an increase, expansion, or results of this nature are never the product of chance or simply a favorable situation. On the contrary, in the case of Albania it is quite different. It has been a very unfavourable situation (filled with prejudice, taboos related to its history and culture) that has not allowed this small pearl of southern Europe to shine for long.
But, today, tourism in Albania continues to grow and cannot hide behind the finger. There is one reason why more and more people prefer to go to Eagle Place.
The first and most known reason is the quality-price report, is no longer a mystery why Albania is a tourist destination. However, this intense effort to satisfy the tourist by never blowing out the prices is rendered with a poor quality of service offered. If this was previously thought, there are now endless comments from returners, who speak of a country (very good) that has much to offer.
Another fundamental reason is position. Albania is close to all Mediterranean ponds, above all with Italy. And, returning to the beautiful things this country offers, it cannot be considered secondary to 3390 tourist attractions (according to the latest balance of the Albanian Ministry of Tourism and Environment).
Albania's most popular destinations
Of course, from all areas within the country, some are preferred more than others. The favorite destinations are certainly beautiful beaches, with crystal seas and fine sands that draw tourists from all sides. The most visited beaches are Velipoja, Rana and cast, certainly not forgetting the beautiful village of Ksamil.
Next come Divjake-Karavasta National Park, Karabun Peninsula and many towns or villages, including Tirana's own capital, but also Drermi, Borsin, Durres or Cape Rhodes.
