The deadlock is made under strengthened measures for the safety and quality of food products imported.
The DRAK's inspection body, Kukes, during the search exercised at Customs Point Morina, identified two subjects who would put the product <x0miel wheat” originating from Kosovo and Serbia.
Concretically, for 30 tons of <x0millill wheat” from Kosovo with No.lot 06, following tests conducted by the lab DRAK, Durres, this product resulted in the level of protein lower than the one declared in documentation and lower than the rate allowed for bread production, ksp follows. Concretically according to laboratory examinations, the protein level resulted in 11.37 %, 11.44% and 11.5%, while in the paper the analysis accompanying the product, the protein level has been scored 12.08% while in the product's ambalazin is at 13% maximum.
While for the 25 tonnes burden <x0miel wheat” from Serbia, the product did not match the accompanying documentation. So, the analysis report doesn't have no No.lot, production/decade date to connect it to 25 tons of wheat flour product.
Moreover, the level of the protein declared in the analysis report (12.74%) is different from the one listed in their ambalage (9.5%).
The National Food Authority blocked the burden by 55 tonnes based on legislation in force and will follow customs procedures for return to origin.
AKU claims it will always be in consumer support with the aim of ensuring Food Safety.
