In KTV's interactive, Quinn has recalled the clashes between FARK and KLA. He has said he does not understand why fellow fighters “deny the fact that there have been two military organisations -- one from the Ministry of Defence, led by Colonel Ahmet Krasniqi and later by Colonel Halil Bicaj and a general staff of KLA”.
“In higher levels, relations have been followed by agreements for co-operation, for operations development, for resource use and funds, but there have also been moments when there are no communication until situations have left and fired on each other as preventing Kosovo's liberation processes. For us the military, it was different, we were faced with the next reality and we had complex which military formations we belonged to. Where we were set up were several bases, several military centres, several locations, where we coordinated actions and despite political beliefs and all kinds of differences resulted in success. Kostare's battle was due to boys and girls throughout the Albanian lands and the diaspora. They came through mobilization that was done through two addresses, both from the ministry and the headquarters. Their final location was our brigade. We asked them nothing about their political beliefs, their preferences. The point was that we had the same emblem. There has been no prior priority to the issue of top military leaders”, Quinn has said.
He has said witness Agim Ramadani has taken on the responsibilities of war by Defence Minister at the time Ahmet Krasniqi.
Colonel Ahmet Krasniqi's “ide was that the KLA would be among the components of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kosovo. Not all KLA units got into these orders. The Kosovo Armed Forces were mobilised and raised to the operational level. It's the 131, 134, the disverberant-vague battalion I've led, there are units in Suhareka, in the Karadaku region, that were under the command of the Ministry of Defence. I got my job from Krasniqi. Reports were made directly to him and not to UCK headquarters. I didn't have to report to headquarters. Agim Ramadani is tasked with taking responsibility from Ahmet Krasniqi”, Kuni has said.
