Jonuz Musliu has been former political commander of the General Staff UCPMB's, then founded the Movement for Democratic Progress, LPD.
He was born on January 5, 1959, in Konchul.
As a political prisoner, he spent several years in prison.
It entered political life after the first local elections in Bujanoc in 2002.
He was chairman of the Bujanoc municipality for many years.
