Albania's Interior Minister, Taulant Balla, has said the investigation into claims that there were mistreatment by State Police officials against Kosovars who were detained on February 4th in Kukes and 46kg of tritol were found in the car.
He, through a post on the social network Facebook, has stated that there are no other claims that suspects from Kosovo have been kept for hours by police.
