The KKP, consistently estimates that the decree of the chief state prosecutor is essential to the prosecutorial system and generally for rule of law in the country.
“The KKP, following letters exchanged with the President's Office of the Republic of Kosovo over Mr. Blerim Isufaj in the position of chief state prosecutor, expects the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, as guarantor of the functioning of the country's institutions, to make the decree of the new head of state so that there will be full functionality and implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
