Finland's Foreign Minister has recently congratulated our country on successful application for membership in the Council of Europe.
Finland's “Minister of Foreign Affairs Pekka Haavisto congratulates Kosovo after the Ministerial Committee of the Council of Europe has made a decision today that the Parliamentary Assembly forwards the application for Kosovo membership”, the Finnish Embassy in Kosovo reported.
The embassy also conveyed the minister's message, Pekka Haavisto.
“Finland strongly supports membership, which will help protect human rights in Kosovo and European integration,” is said in the tweet conveyed by Finland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
