Partizan: Sali Berisha's son-in-law appears before court today

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarber Malltezi, along with builder Fatmir Bektash, will appear before the tribunal for verification of the security measure.
Malltezi was arrested on SPAK's orders two days ago in Rinas, while waiting for his wife from a trip to EU countries.
Fatmir Bektash is accused of committing criminal acts “active corruption of top state officials or local elected”, envisioned by Article 245 of the Penal Code and “Cleaning of production products.
On this issue the charges have also been brought against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, against whom the measure of duty of presentation has been imposed, but also the ban on travel abroad.
Berisha is accused of committing criminal acts “of passive corruption by senior state officials or local elected, committed in co-operation, envisioned by Article 260 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
