The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms through a communique for the media has called for Education Minister Arberie Nagavci to be dismissed from the minister's post because, according to them, the Ministry of Science and Technology has more committed to breaking the strike through divisions, that it is committed to a possible solution.
KMDLNJ has asked the SBASK to interrupt the strike in education, as it bears actual responsibility for student human rights violations.
” KMDLNj, in any reaction, even before the start of the strike has called public on the parties to talk, while the strike is considered extreme. In this context, KMDLNj thinks preventative options have not been seized, primarily by the government, August, respectively, which has more committed to breaking the strike through division than committed to a possible solution. For this reason KMDLNj has been seeking and demanding the resignation of August's minister due to lack of professional capacity to manage August and, especially the strike, after the situation. KMDLNj has previously sought to find a solution to halt the strike, whether through talks or unilateral declarations of halting strike” says in notification.
Among other things, they are said to have monitored the protests in pre-school entities and in some schools, and they consider their demands to be right and reasonable.
“KMDLNJ has always reacted against the public lynching orchestrated against the SBASK and the chairman, Nundman Jasharaj, in response to the position of the strong and in complete opposition to human rights and international good practices. If the government of Kosovo has a lynching attitude towards the SBASK, and that's irrefutable, even the SBASK has actual and concrete responsibilities for violating students' human rights so I have to stop breaking those rights. KMDLNj has monitored protests organised in pre-school entities and in some schools and their demands consider nothing as right and reasonable here commitments to strike-back from exclusive party positions”, said in response.
According to the response, KMDLNj also warns of the strike in Pristina's municipality that does a lot of harm to Pristina citizens, since babies should be registered, numerous businesses and citizens who are deprived of providing services that are currently partial.
“KMDLNj expects and hopes the SBASK strike will end soon and the education process will start, stressing that in this case, the SBASK will not be the missing party. If you insist on continuing this strike this way then, without a doubt I will lose the SBASK, exempting students who, even so far, are the biggest losers, without their own blame”, the KMDLNJ response reported.

SBA The SHK, as a representative of protecting teachers' rights, has organised a strike on government demand for fulfilling conditions but has come up with partial support so the strike is continuing with what cases over 320,000 students have lost millions and millions of classes, damaging the education process which, as well as was vulnerable. The sooner these hours will not be replaced, according to the warnings of the SBASK.
KMDLNj recognises the right to strike, as one of human rights, if it is in accordance with the law and does not jeopardise the rights of others. The Kosovo government has been warned many months ago about the strike, but has not taken any action to calm the situation through a negotiated and agreed agreement, to a better solution, when conditions and opportunities are created. In terms of legal and mandate, the SBASK strike cannot be rejected or tried.
KMDLNj, in any reaction, even before the start of the strike has called public on the parties to talk, while the strike is considered extreme.
KMDLNj has previously sought to find a solution to halt the strike, whether through talks or unilateral declarations of halting the strike.
KMDLNj, thinks the SBASK has completed its obligation, in this case moral to membership, but any further continuation of the strike will weaken SBASK's positions so long ago that for the tremendous damage being done to the education process, the entire responsibility is being addressed to the SBASK and that is not true. With the duration of the strike, which is also against the predictions of the SBASK, all conditions have been created for the SBASK to show a unilateral will (when government will is lacking) and to interrupt the strike. There's no choice in this!
The KMDLNj has always reacted against the public lynching orchestrated against SBASK, and the chairman, Nundman Jasharaj, in response to the position of the fit and that is in stark conflict with human rights and international good practices. If the Kosovo government has a lynching attitude towards the SBASK, and that is irrefutable, even the SBASK has actual and concrete responsibilities for violating students' human rights so I have to stop breaking those rights. KMDLNj has monitored the protests organised in pre-school entities and in some schools and their demands consider them right and reasonable nothing here of the strike-breaking commitments from exclusively party positions.
KMDLNj also warns of the strike in the Pristina municipality that does a lot of harm to the citizens of Pristina, since babies should be registered, numerous businesses and citizens who are deprived of providing services that are currently partial.
KMDLNj expects and hopes the SBASK strike will end soon and the education process will start, stressing that, in this case, the SBASK wouldn't be the missing party. If I insist on continuing this strike that way then, no doubt I'm going to lose the SBASK, except students who, even so far, are the biggest losers, without their blame.
