Murtezaj said the Kosovo Tax Administration has collected various information, which confirms the activity of gastronomia/hothelia, singers, designers, and beauty salons, where we each have enough information to make tax assessments.
This conference stressed that the summer season multiplies the aforementioned activities, which are based on their activity as a chain, because they are mostly different at this season, both in restaurants and in discotheques, where the singing or dj is tied, as well as in preparation from beauty and stylist halls. To this end, we have designed the Akommodation and Food Services project, which, based on fulfillment data during 2021, is listed as one of the high-level non-recognition industries, and is also part of the specific plans to meet for groups identified with high risks for 2021.
Murtezaj, among other things, cited the most specific problems posed by systems and modules built within ATK, which have contributed to this selection of the treatment of this industry <x0-pages generally low, with a small contribution to the Income, despite their large number of workers' non-declaration and pay-offs; non-deception or sub-defeitment of parties; and non-dition of the individuals associated with musicians during the evenings; non-competitivement; as well as being carried out among the customers and businesses; and entertainment; and as the non-definition of various holidays and under-definence of it.
At the end of this conference, the director of ATK warns that before we start with tax assessments, we call on all persons, businesses, which during this season, have had increased activities to declare and pay correctly their commitment to the tax legislation in power, on the contrary, I am obliged to start with the opening of controls, as well as penalties for no declaration, which under the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo is considered a criminal act.
The “calls on that by the regular deadlines of September 20th and October 15th to declare and pay tax obligations, since the ATK actions will no longer be calls, but concrete actions”, ATK director said at the end. /Periscopi/
