Lajcak arrives in Kosovo, heads to meeting with Kurti

This visit of the emissary for dialogue is taking place a week after, in the Brussels dialogue mediated by Lajcak, the Kosovo and Serbian parties agreed to extract a guide, which would serve implementation of the electricity agreement in northern Kosovo.
