Police are declared: Dardan Krivaqi's mother has not been and is not employed by the Kosovo Police

The murder of 18-year-old Marigona Osmani has shocked everyone. The young woman was brutally murdered after two days of systematic, physical, and psychic violence. The two suspects of this macabre crime, former partner Dardan Krivaqa and his friend, Arber Sejdiu, are staying in custody.

The suspects were known for the police and the prosecution even before the shooting, because of their heavy police files.

A few days after burying his daughter, 18-year-old Dad said Dardan Krivaqas was worked by his mother in police and, according to him, the same one closed his files. So he said in an interview with Top Channel when asked if his family knew that his daughter's partner had problems with the law.

But, Kosovo Police -- namely, Regional Police spokesman Ferizaj, Wessel Kanun -- has said Krivaqa's mother has not been and has not been employed in the police.

“As for the mother of suspect Dardan Krivaqa, she was neither, nor was she employed in the Kosovo Police”, Veselin told Gazeta Express.

Following the statement by Interior Minister Jedal Svecla, that Dardan Krivaqa has 136 criminal cases, the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, appeared in a media communique in which it was said that Krivaqa under the court's electronic records has a total of ten subjects, of them completed nine, “and only one is out of the bottom of”.

Arber Sejdiu, arrested along with Dardan Krevaq, in doubt of the girl's murder, said that the deceased had shouted and that before losing his emotions, he had puked. His statement, days ago the lawyer of the late 18-year-old family, Gazmend Rexhepi.

Lawyer Rexhepi had claimed to have seen Arber Sejdiu's statement, and the same one said that the girl was taken to the hospital after entering the room and noticed there was a lot of vomiting.

I saw the statement, he said the girl was beat systematically almost every day... his statement is that the last two days Marigona has experienced physical violence. The adviser to the Ministry of Justice, Nazlie Balaj, after the tragedy, said that in the 18-year-old case, we are dealing with politicians.

The family has yet to accept the autopsy report.
