In police, citizens say they are implementing large-scale rules until more sentences have been pronounced for failing to keep the mask.
Kosovo Police spokesman Bucky Kelani has provided details.
The number is not small because we wanted to first touch the side of sensibility. Then we went into giving warnings to avoid it and to show that the goal is sensibility and prevention. If we take the numbers from August 30th, when the new measures entered into force, we've pronounced some 25 thousand fines. I'm talking about the information I have until September 6th, and based on these figures are also involved in physical legal persons, he added RTV21.
Kelani said the high number of remarks are high, but that citizens are starting to follow new rules.
