Prior to the launch of the European ministers' meeting of 27 EU member states, Grliq -Radman said Croatia strongly outlined visa liberalisation for Kosovars.
For his part, German Minister Michael Roth did not mention visa work, but said it is time for the EU to restore credibility to the Western Balkans.
