In an interview for Dukagjin, Palmer has said the opposition should be playful and ensure that there are quorums on the day the president is voted in the Parliament.
As far as elections are concerned for president, we think that those parties that will be in opposition, act responsibly as loyal opposition. Playful not to the government, but playful to the state, to do their job. Be present, make sure there are quorums to vote and for institutions to function, Palmer said in an interview for Dukagjin's Debat Plus.
Palmer, meanwhile, said the United States has no preference for other people's policy and that they co-operate with anyone who wins the elections.
We'd like to see government form, good partner for the US. We don't like other people's policy, we work governments that come out of free, fair and democratic elections. It seems there is clear road forward towards a strong government in Kosovo that could be such a partner of the United States”, Palmer said.
