German MP Daniel Freyerr von Lutzo is in charge of the criminal justice system because of involvement in a Cottbus party that violated the rules of pandemic.
The 46-year-old politician, serving as a KFOR soldier in Kosovo, is now being investigated as a suspect because he reportedly threatened police officials.
Police officers at that party were attacked by aggressive guests when they went to stop their birthday party with nine participants on December 27th.
Two officers were easily injured.
The police were summoned by the neighbors for the noise.
German MP has served in Kosovo as a soldier during 1999-2000, reports Berliner-Zeitung succeeds Clan K.
