The ruling coalition between the AAK and the LDK has recently revealed turbulence, with Ramush Haradinaj's party accusing the prime minister of failing to make any progress in Brussels' dialogue.
Similar criticism came today from Justice Minister Selim Selimi, who said he felt insecure about the process, as Prime Minister Hoti is showing a key in his approach.
And the issue has been reacted to by Hoti's deputy in the government, Driton Selmanaj. He through a Facebook post has said that for those with dilemmas, only Kosovo's prime minister will lead the dialogue with Serbia.
According to him, technical dialogue passes the past and that this actual process will end with mutual recognition.
This theme requires transparency, unity and leadership with high state and national responsibilities. The government has already witnessed this commitment with Prime Minister Hoti”, he has indicated.
At this point, Selmanaj has said that Kosovo has strong US support.
Full Posting:
For all those who still have dilemmas.
The prime minister of the Government of Kosovo is the only executive authority to lead dialogue between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia.
The only political platform for dialogue is, and Kosovo Constitution remains
Dialogue principles:
Dialogue develops on political issues, technical dialogue already belongs to the past;
Dialogue will end with mutual recognition;
The covenant shall be joined, and shall be binding.
The final agreement will be in full with the spirit of the Constitution of Kosovo, otherwise neither will it be accepted.
Issues that will not be discussed in negotiations;
Territory, Sovereignty, and
The unitary state system.
We are convinced that this process cannot be completed successfully without the support of our US-EU friends. This support exists, and there must be no dilemma.
This theme requires transparency, unity and leadership with high state and national responsibilities. The government has already witnessed this commitment with Prime Minister Hoti.
There are other topics of theatre importance and of internal politics and daily interest, and there will always be plenty.
