Latif counts historical coincidences on February 2nd: Did political confrontations in Kosovo end with today?

He has mentioned that just February 2nd of 2007, Martti Ahtisaari had presented his Plan for Kosovo's final status, which would lead to Kosovo independence on February 17th 2008.
