The manager of the largest polling centre in northern Mitrovica, Milorad Jovanovic, has indicated that all polling stations have been opened over time and that they have passed without significant problems.
The election process in northern Mitrovica has started in time at 7:00am. The 12 seats we have are open at 7:00. Everything has gone smoothly, starting with measures for protection against COVIDD-19, keeping social distance so that voters can carry out their duty and return home peacefully”, he said.
Asked whether there were irregularities in the election process, Jovanovic said the ban on a person during today has occurred because of photos of their ballots and publication on social networks, for which even investigations have begun.
