Road police officials have said fourfold police patrols in traffic and will have zero tolerance for those who violate traffic regulations.
According to police, due to the formation of Task Force, so still 24 hours have been imposed in all 1552 traffic fines, which is the record ticket number for this year.
Appeals, awareness campaigns, operational police actions, the approach of other relevant institutions that have role and influence in changing this situation into traffic demonstrate the need to create additional mechanisms to contribute to even greater security on our streets.
And to that end, Kosovo Police have established “Task Force” for preventing accidents in road traffic.
The main purpose of this Task Force is to directly influence through command and control the prevention of road traffic accidents, employing as many police personnel from the central and local level as possible, including the leading police staff.
