KSF Deputy Minister Burim Ramadani has said there are three important aspects when it comes to transforming the KSF into the Army, expected at the 14 December session.
The first aspect involving political consensus in the Kosovo Assembly is clear that we have political consensus almost unanimous and then for the beginning of further procedures”.
“The second perspective is the festive ceremony, state reception for local institutions and contributors to this” process.
The third aspect that perhaps the most important is the preparation of institutions and co-ordination with KFOR to ensure a safe and secure day so that there will not be any realisation of any negative scenario, whether outside of Serbia's specific structures or any non-state actor aimed at boosting tensions in the Balkans”.
Ramadan at the Info Magazine of Kosovo has declared that Kosovo institutions have taken all necessary security measures to be unable, according to him, Serbia's possible scenarios, and not only.
He said they have information on different scenarios.
It is clear that Kosovo institutions consistently receive information and indicators for various scenarios that could have such structures of Serbia, but not only of Serbia”.
“Massat has been taken to ensure that even the days of the coming weeks there will be security and stability in the entire territory of Kosovo”.
“has increased the level of measures so that there is no realisation of the scenarios that I can responsibly say we are aware of the existence of different scenarios”.
The “is constantly getting information on various scenarios aimed at placing Kosovo and Kosovo institutions in situations that Serbia wants to present as the aggressive situation”.
“Of course, Kosovo institutions will not take any action that harms the state of Kosovo, rather it will show that there is a well established system, including the vital role of KFOR presence”.
“The destabilising scenarios are proven and will prove unalterable. I believe that such logic is completely harmful”.
