Sali Cacaj, who was chief of the protocol and a council member to organise the funeral ceremony, has exposed Kosovo mufti Naim Ternava and his predecessor, Rexhep Boja. Cacaj has said that no religious ritual was performed during the funeral ceremony of the late President Rugova.
Whatever anyone says, in this case even Mr. Boja, because we have not preceded any religious ceremony”, Cacaj says.
He shows that he did so because it was a wish by President Rugova, who died 12 years ago.
