Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli during his visit to the tomb of former president Ibrahim Rugova has also been accompanied by a foreign official, but the latter has slipped into the ice and collapsed.
Pacolli's special guest has collapsed shortly before arriving at Rugova's grave to pay tribute. The same was helped by Pacolli's team.
During the present day, state leaders and many other public faces have taken a look at Rugova's grave.
President Rugova died on January 21st 2006, where he was buried with high state and military honours.
