US Vice President JD Vance has just arrived along with the US delegation to Islamabad, a source from aviation told the BBC.
He will participate in talks with Iran later today, along with special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kouchner, the BBC writes.
Vance and his team of negotiators left the US for Pakistan yesterday, and shortly before leaving, the vice president told reporters that “mezi expects negotiations”, but warned if Iran “tries to deceive us”, the US will not be open.
