With deep sorrow, I received news of the life apart from the lives of our colleague in the Wushtrria municipality and former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Ramadan Meholli.
In my personal name and on behalf of the Wushtrri municipality, I express my condolences to the Meholli family, colleagues in the Vushtrri municipality and all citizens.
