He mocks citizens for donations in agriculture and visa terms, Pec prosecution charges the defendant

The Founding Prosecutor in Pec has filed charges against G. M, under the suspicion that the same has deceived a number of citizens with donations to agriculture and visa-ensurement.
In the prosecution's announcement, the accused during the 2022-2024 has reportedly been presented as a representative of a non-governmental organisation (OJQ), where, through fraud, it has benefited about 12,000 euros.
“According to the indictment, the defendant, at various periods of time during the 19202024 ' s, through false presentation of facts and being introduced as representative of a nongovernmental organisation, has deceived a considerable number of citizens by promising the benefit of donations, including heads of cattle, agricultural greenhouses and brokers for providing visa terms in exchange for various payments”, said in notification.
“Under the indictment, these alleged acts have illegally benefited the total amount of 11,650 (one thousand six hundred and fifty)”, follow notification.
The State Attorney, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Pec that, after maintaining judicial examination and trial management, the defendant, G.M., plead guilty to a criminal offense and condemn it by law.
