(an hour ago)The Constitutional Court in Pec has handed down one month's detention to Erdoni Hasanramaj, who allegedly accidentally deprived his father of life, Shpend Hasanramaj, of Stralc in Decani.
According to the announcement, the trial of the preliminary procedure has approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecution-Phyvision Penal Division of the date 24.07.26, for the appointment of the detention measure to indictees E.H., so that the same has been assigned the detention measure in length of 1 month, Periscope broadcasts.
