During the meeting, as indicated in a media report by Kurti's office, it was discussed economic progress and Kosovo's democratic advancement as key elements on the path towards integration into the European Union.
The European Commission's 2025 Country Report testified that Kosovo has continued progress in European integration. No Western Balkan country has been more prepared at the moment of receiving candidate status, so Kosovo's democratic progress deserves to be assessed at this status”.
The meeting also discussed the geopolitical situation, the Development Plan, regional co-operation and currentity.
“As far as regional co-operation is concerned, Prime Minister Kurti stressed that Kosovo plays an active and constructive role and supports the region's broader economic integration based on European Union values and standards, further stressed in the report.
