Shqirir Lutvija sentenced to 10 years in prison for war crimes

Former Serbian police officer Sacir Lutvija has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for war crimes.
The decision was made Tuesday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
Lutvia has been held responsible for the depression measures of murder, arrest, beating, torturing and inhuman treatment committed as inspectors and policemen at this city's police station, along with others.
But the Court of Appeals in June of this year had turned the subject into retrial.
