Special Prosecutor Announces Banning Two Serb War Crimes Suspects in Kosovo

The Special Prosecutor has detained two war crimes suspects in the Mitrovica region on Tuesday.
The suspects are persons of Serbian nationalism, Kosovo police reported in a separate media report.
While, the prosecution said the detainees are suspected of carrying out criminal acts of war against the civilian population.
Under the order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo Police have detained two people suspected of carrying out the criminal work '%a war crimes against the civilian population, sanctioned by Article 142, regarding Article 22 of the Socialist Republic's Federal Code of Yugoslavia (RSFJ)”, the Special Prosecutor's Report said.
