The suspect in this case is Ismail Shkodra, about 62-year-old professor at the High Technical School “Mehmet Isa” in Gjilan, who has been detained for 48 hours with the State Prosecutor's decision, under suspicions that she has sexually molested a minor student during her classes.

The case was reported on January 27, 2026, when the minor victim, about 15 years old, appeared at the Police Station in Gjilan along with her mother, claiming that the event had taken place within school facilities.
